He served in positions as Chairman, Board member, Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Operating Officer of shipping companies amongst them Freeseas Inc, Excel Maritime, Restis Group and Golden Energy Marine Corp. Furthermore, he was Director in many private and public companies such as South African Marine Corp S.A., Swissmarine Corporation Ltd, FG Europe, Imperio SA, Erasinio Hospital and others. In the banking sector, he served as Board Member and Member of Credit Committee of First Business Bank and head of shipping of Credit Lyonnais Greece.

Mr. Vasili Nicoletopoulos owns Natural Resources PC, an international business consultancy and broker company, based in Greece, dealing with industrial and commercial development in mining, metallurgy, rare earths, climate change policies, renewable energy and hydraulic fracturing. He served as President, Vice-President, member of Executive Committees and Boards of various organizations in Europe, US and Greece, including Euromines and Eurometaux in Brussels, Greek Competition Committee, SEV-Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Greek Center for Renewable Resources, Greek Center for Public Enterprises and a private companies eg. Hellenic Petroleum SA, Premier Chemicals, US and Magnesitas Navarras, Spain. He speaks four languages, has lectured in many countries and authored three books and several articles in international journals and financial newspapers.
